Carolin Baranowski advises companies and public sector clients on compliance, white-collar crime and litigation matters. She has particular expertise in the areas of corporate liability, internal investigations and anti-money laundering.

Before joining Comfield Legal, she was working for a leading international law firm. She supported the management in conducting large-scale internal investigations and advised on various corporate liability and white-collar crime issues. Internal investigations were already subject of her doctoral thesis.

Carolin Baranowski co-authored a publication on the German Whistleblower Protection Act.

She completed her studies and doctorate at the University of Cologne. Since 2021 she has been working as a lawyer.
