Elena Blobel advises companies in the areas of IP/IT compliance. Her particular areas of focus are copyright and trade mark law. In addition to her work at Comfield Legal as Of Counsel, she works at the International Federation of the Phonographic Industry (IFPI).

Elena studied at the Humboldt University, Berlin and at the Panthéon-Assas University (Paris II). Her dissertation at the University of Potsdam concerns issues of co-authorship.
