Jenny Schmigale supports Comfield as Senior Advisor in advising companies and institutions on the definition, implementation, and improvement of sustainability and compliance management systems. A particular focus of her consulting activities is sustainability reporting and the development of sustainability strategies.

Building on her studies in international business and information technology, she completed an MBA with a focus on Governance, Risk, Compliance and Fraud Management, as well as further training in sustainability (reporting), internal audit, fraud investigations, and data protection.

She has many years of experience at international medium-sized and large companies. She set up the complete sustainability, compliance and risk management system for an international company. She is also a speaker, lecturer, and author on the topics of sustainability, compliance, internal audit, and risk management.
