Kim Henkel advises companies and public clients in the areas of compliance management and internal investigations. She specializes in supporting clients on issues relating to antitrust law, corruption prevention, operational data privacy and supply chain compliance. She has particular expertise in whistleblowing. In her time in the German Bundestag, she was closely involved in the legislation of the German Whistleblowing Act (Hinweisgeberschutzgesetz).

Kim studied law in Berlin and has been with Comfield Legal since 2023.
